Non-custom jewelry items may be returned or exchanged if shipped back to our office within 14 days of delivery to you.

After we've received your unwanted non-custom jewelry item(s), within the alotted 14-day window, an L. Priori associate will be in contact to issue the exchange for your new piece(s). Any remaining balances will be refunded back to you on your original form of payment.

For all in-stock pieces we aim to ship the same day you order. Otherwise you order will ship out in 1-2 business days depending if you order over the weekend.

For in-stock pieces that need sized - please allow 2 weeks for sizing.

For made-to-order pieces please allow 4-6 weeks for production.

For any orders over $200, shipping is on us.

All custom orders and heirloom redesigns will be shipped to you fully insured and a signature is required to complete delivery.

For any engagement rings or wedding bands that have tight deadlines we can absolutely utilize Saturday delivery.
