3. Bring your engagement ring in every 3-6 months for a free professional deep clean.

Jewelry Repairs

All newly made and custom pieces are covered under a 1-year manufacturers warranty. That doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or accidents - for that we recommend Jewelers’ Mutual!

If you’re within the first year, typically we cover the repair.

Your stone's prongs are tiny pieces of metal and sometimes life knocks them out of place! The tiny diamonds on your band, in your halo, etc. may fall out as your ring shapes to your finger. Wearing your ring during activities - such as working out, swimming, cleaning, or even sleeping - can hasten stone loss. That's why we recommend having prongs checked regularly so we can re-tip if necessary.

Yes! We always advocate for you to have your ring's prongs checked regularly. That way we can advise on whether any prongs need re-tipped for a stronger hold on your stones.

Most repair work is all done in-house by our skilled bench jewelers.

For anything more specialized like engraving, stone recutting, or recasting, is done by our network of to-the-trade-only craftsmen, most of whom are in Philadelphia.

Typically we have a turnaround time of 2 weeks for minor repairs. If you're on a tight deadline, let us know, we'll be happy to help you work something out.

Unfortunately no, we do not work with watches.
