L. Priori Jewelry is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to join our Georgetown showroom team. This role is ideal for someone energized by design, creativity, and meaningful client relationships.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to design custom engagement rings, select wedding bands, and reimagine heirloom jewelry, helping create meaningful pieces that mark some of the most important moments of their lives.

Every day in our showroom is different. One appointment may involve guiding a couple through the engagement ring design process, while the next may be transforming a family heirloom.

We are a small, collaborative team that enjoys working together and supporting one another. At L. Priori, everyone contributes ideas, celebrates wins together, and plays a role in creating an exceptional and memorable experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Jewelry experience is not required. We provide extensive training and will teach the right candidate everything they need to know about diamonds, gemstones, and the custom design process.

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the process of engagement ring design, wedding band selection, and heirloom jewelry redesign
• Manage the full sales process, from appointment through production, delivery, and follow-up
• Collaborate closely with our production team on all custom orders
• Create a warm, welcoming showroom experience for every client
• Track and report on individual sales data and trends during monthly team meetings
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Qualifications:

• Retail or customer service experience required
• Strong communication skills and an empathetic, client focused approach
• A strong sense of teamwork, personal accountability, and integrity
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Fine jewelry or luxury sales experience is a plus but not required

• At least one weekend day required

We’re looking for a part-time Studio Assistant to join our Georgetown showroom team. This is a hands on role supporting daily showroom operations while helping create a warm, polished, and welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Jewelry experience is not required. A positive attitude, professionalism, and strong attention to detail are what matter most.

About the Role:

You’ll be the first impression of our brand and an essential part of keeping our showroom running smoothly. This role blends client interaction, fine jewelry handling, organization, and operational support in a beautiful, client-focused environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a polished setting, wants consistent part time work in a supportive small business team and likes having a hand in a variety of areas within the business.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients for their appointments
• Maintain fine jewelry upkeep, organization, and overall showroom presentation
• Answer phone calls and assist with general inquiries
• Set up and put away showcases
• Support shipping, receiving, and transferring product between locations
• Assist with in store events/ event prep
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams as needed

Qualifications:

• Availability at least one weekday and Saturdays
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, professional demeanor with customer service experience
• Ability to work well within a team
• Jewelry or retail experience is a plus, but not required
