Our office is 1719 Chestnut Street - Suite #300. The entrance is on Chestnut Street, just across from Sephora. On the left you'll see a buzzer, hit the button with L. Priori Jewelry next to it, our receptionist will buzz you in. Walk straight ahead and take the elevator up to the third floor, make a left out of the elevator and you will see our door!

Parking can be tricky here (the joys of Philly, ya feel us?). While there is paid street parking right out front, if finding a spot stresses you out we like to recommend the Sonesta parking garage, it's just a short walk away from the studio. We also are huge fans of Spot Hero, they help you seek out a nearby parking spot and you can book in advance!

Our office is 1012 W. 9th Ave. in King of Prussia, PA - Suite #220. You will see 1012 on the side of the building. Once inside, take the elevator up to the 2nd floor, make a right off of the elevator and walk a few steps until you hit the restrooms. Make another right and we will be the first door on your left.

If you're entering from K Street, we're on level 2. If you're entering from Wisconsin Ave., we're on the ground floor (just up the ramp or the short flight of stairs).

After booking your virtual appointment you will receive a video link in your appointment confirmation email. Refer back to that link a few minutes prior to your appointment, get yourself set up, and your consultant will meet you on the other side of your screen!

Pretty much! The only difference is that you won't see anything in person, but instead through your computer screen. Our design programs make it easy for you to see what your ring could look like in a realistic form. Your consultant will send any additional videos, pictures, or informtion of diamonds and gemstones so you can feel confident in your decision. Any wax models will be shipped to you and reviewed with your consultant, this is a great way to visualize what your piece will look like to-scale.

Absolutely. After scheduling your appointment you will be linked with one of our consultants to discuss what you're hoping to do. From there, if you decide to move forward, we will send you a fully insured shipping label so you can send your pieces to us to work on!

Once your piece is finished we will ship it directly to you through fully-insured, signature-required delivery.
